Carnival Cruise Line has once again shown its charitable side by donating $250,000 to aid organizations in support of their efforts on behalf of victims of the recent floods in Louisiana. Carnival Cruise Line will donate $125,000 and its parent company Carnival Corporation is matching that amount through its Carnival Foundation charitable arm. Recipients include the Save the Children, American Red Cross, and Louisiana Association of United Ways.

The amazing model of Queen Mary 2 made from Lego bricks will be exhibited at the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg between 10 and 16 August 2016. Built by the artists Klaas H. Meijaard and René Hoffmeister from about 1 million Lego bricks in approximately 1,200 labor hours the ship weighs a 870 kg and includes a highly detailed replica.

This phenomena occurred on Friday, July 15, 2016, just when the Cunard line cruise ship Queen Victoria arrived in Santorini. As the cloud formation covered the sea it looks like the cruise ship is sailing into clouds.
