Bus Accident in a Caribbean Cruise Port

A tour bus almost run into the sea in the Island of Bonaire after the brakes failed. The driver tried to park the bus near the pier in reverse and could not stop the vehicle running into the edge of the pier. Luckily there were no passengers on the bus and the driver managed to get out without injuries jump out before it reached the edge.

As stated by CruiseHive the accident happened two days ago in Kralendijk while the cruise ship Aidadiva operated by the German cruise line Aida Cruises was calling at the Bonaire island.

This rises the safety concerns of passengers and crew using this tour busses and other transportation vehicles in the Caribbean. 

The last tragic accident happened in January on the Caribbean island of Dominica when a baby died in a Bus accident involving MSC Cruises passengers. 

In December 2015 two Celebrity Summit passengers died and eight were injured in a bus accident in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
