Crew can use private clothes in the guest area, in some areas you are actually not allowed to use your uniform unless you are on duty.
The crew are not obliged to use name tag in crew area when off duty
There is a cooking studio on board Aida Prima, called Koch Studio where sometimes events for crew are held; you can cook and learn how to with the cooks on board. On deck 3 you can play table tennis.
Multipurpose Bracelet
The gummy bracelet which guests can buy it for around 5 euros, crew for 2,5 euros is a multipurpose device. You can open the cabin door, pay and clock in and out of your duties and also connect to the internal server on your TV to access your internal account. This is where you can watch the free movies for crew, check bridge information, check your flight details, how much you spent on board and much more.
Free training
There is a training manager on board who will organise German language classes or management training. There are also free online trainings which you can get access too.
Promotion or cross-training are encouraged at Aida, so you have the possibility to move forward in your career or ask for a cross-training to change department.

Crew Birthday Freebies: Crew members celebrating birthday onboard receive a voucher with which they can pick up a free phone card in the crew purser office.
Two luggage allowance Even if the crew doesn't book the ticket with two louggaes. You can buy and ask for a refund for the second one.
