Lack of vitamins and minerals

If your body lacks vitamin B6 or iron, then it is very likely that you will feel tired.
Both vitamin B6 and the mineral iron are important nutrients within the body. B6 is essential for red blood cell production, protein metabolism and healthy brain function. Iron as necessary for growth, healing, metabolism, and storing and transporting oxygen. The average adult requires 1.5 mg of B6 and from 8 to 18 mg of iron, depending on age and sex.

Bad mood

Studies say that depressed people often feel tired. As a remedy for this, you can use the exercise that give energy. If you feel depression during the work, it is possible this disorder to be treated in a very simple way, by going out on open deck.  You will feel better if you spend twenty minutes on the sun.

Coffee

Although coffee is regularly used in the morning for awakening a greater amount of it can cause dehydration of the body, and you can feel tiered. Therefore, its recommended to keep low on coffe and drink eight glasses of water a day. Drinking large quantity of water is recommended when you consume foods rich in fiber.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is phenomenon that is characterized by pain in the muscles and joints. One of the symptoms of this syndrome is chronic fatigue, or insomnia. If you cant find the exact causes of fatigue, it is possible to work for this syndrome that affects 2% of the world population.

Lack of sleep

Irregular sleep causes people to feel tiered, and women often suffer more often than men. Studies say that people who work or busy, sleep better than people who are unemployed. Surprisingly, elderly people have no trouble sleeping. Sleep plays a critical role in thinking and learning. Lack of sleep hurts these cognitive processes in many ways. First, it impairs attention, alertness, concentration, reasoning, and problem solving. This makes it more difficult to learn and memorize more efficiently.
