The Astoria Grande, formerly known as AIDAcara, is now up for sale after two years serving the Russian cruise market.

Carnival Corporation sold AidaCara in June 2021 to Russian cruise start-up Aquilon Shipping. After leaving the AIDA fleet in 2021, the ship was renamed Astoria Grande and started operating again in 2022. It has been offering cruises in the Black Sea, visiting Sochi and various Turkish ports. The ship is now for sale with a price range of 40 to 50 million US dollars.

It is currently flying the Palau flag and underwent a full refurbishment in 2016. For more information or to begin negotiations, interested buyers can contact QPS Marine Ships. The ship is available for immediate sale.

Built in 1996, the ship was the first in the AIDA fleet. It is 193 meters long offering space for up to 1,339 passengers across 590 cabins.
