Thomas Raphael is a 31-year-old Brazilian crew member working for Norwegian Cruise Line. Two years ago he took this great selfie in Puerto Montt, Chile with the cruise ship Norwegian Sun in the back. His comment next to his selfie is “Can I get some bite?”

Scared of heights? Windstar Cruises shared the following selfie by their 3rd officer, Emma from the top of Wind Star's204 feet tall mast. The comment on their twitter account says “Our officers are not scared of heights :) Must be experienced to take a selfie 60m above the water!”

Michal Navratil is a Cliff Diver and competitor in one of the most extreme sports the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Noticing his charisma, and fantastic development as athlete Royal Caribbean signed a contract with him in 2010 to perform on Royal Caribbean cruise ships Allure of the Seas. His performances in Aqua Cast thrilled all crew and guests with his aerial acrobatics. Here is a fantastic GoPro video that he took from the 17,5m / 55 ft. diving platform on Allure of the Seas.
Guinness World Selfie Record On Cruise Ship
Did you know that the Guinness world record for most selfies taken was set on a cruise ship?
In 2017 Donnie Wahlberg, member of the group “New Kids on the Block” set the Guinness World Record for most selfies taken in three minutes. Onboard Carnival Triumph sold-out eighth annual NKOTB cruise, the actor-singer took a total of 122 selfies. The fans formed a single-file line and were (somewhat hilariously) shuffled quickly through as Wahlberg snapped the photos. A Guinness representative was there to certify the record.
