P&O Pacific Dawn Enters Dry Dock in Singapore

Submitted by kgnadmin on

The P&O Australia cruise ship, Pacific Dawn has entered dry dock for a multi-million dollar refurbishment in Singapore. Among many new features on board, the renewal will include the installation of two spectacular waterslides on the top open decks. New stylish restaurants will be included such as Mediterranean-inspired dining venue named Nic and Toni’s, and a seafood restaurant Shell & Bones. Traditional lido buffet will be replaced with an international marketplace of fresh food outlets and will be named “The Pantry”. The Orient and the Promenade Bar will be redesigned together with the atrium.

Pacific Dawn is the second oldest ship in the P&O Australia fleet build in 1991, therefore public spaces will be completely redesigned to meet the standards of the newer P&O ships. The vessel is scheduled to exit the dry dock on 2 March, and arriving in Brisbane on 16 March to start year-round voyages from the Australian port.
