First subscription is Unlimited Europe with monthly subscription of $8.99 and you can make unlimited calls to landline phones in 20 European countries.
Unlimited World subscription enables you to make unlimited calls to landlines and mobile phones in 40 countries worldwide.
These two packages are the best value for crew members if they make frequent phone calls in countries included in the monthly subscription.
Skype service is available for the other countries but you need to check for individual country rates.
