Messi and Ronaldo Yachts Meet in Ibiza

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have chosen same holiday destination on same day. Their chartered luxurious yachts meet in Ibiza, Spain yesterday, separated few meters away, making it perfect set for the paparazzi. Messi and his family enjoyed a vacation on a boat before returning to Barcelona. He spent several days in the Bahamas and returned to Spain for a holiday in Ibiza embarking on the yacht “Seven C” with his sons, wife, and his family and friends. Cristiano Ronaldo boarded the luxurious yacht "Ascari" accompanied by his friends and family. This is the same yacht that had rented when he was also in Ibiza resting before the Euro 2016. 

As Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are always compared, in football we wanted to compare the features of their yachts. 

Ronaldo "Ascari" yacht costs 14 000 euros per day.

Messi "Seven C" yacht costs 7 500 euros per day.

“Asciari” is 36.5 meters long ship, build in 2003 and capacity for 10 guests in four cabins. “Seven C” is 28 meters long ship, build in 2003 and capacity for 10 guests in four cabins. Ronaldo yacht is faster than that of Leo, as the first reaches 22 knots cruise speed, while the second has maximum speed of 18 knots.

Ronaldo yacht has five crew members, with a specialist cocktail barman and yoga teacher. Meanwhile, Messi's yacht has renowned chef and four crew members.

“Asciari” has a number of water toys such as a RIB boat, jet skis, diving equipment, scooter and a submarine. In the garage there is a floating platform, drones, electric Bixies, and golf equipment. Inside there is a nightclub with DJ mixing table, laser lights, disco balls and a powerful audio system.

The Seven C has a jet sky, two kayaks, paddle boards and surf and diving equipment.
