Norwegian Jade to Host Blues Cruise with Legendary Steve Winwood and Joe Bonamassa

Norwegian Jade will host "Keep the Blues Alive," having the Legendary Steve Winwood and Joe Bonamassa onboard. After seven sold-out Caribbean cruises and the sold-out Mediterranean cruise, follows Keeping The Blues Alive at Sea Mediterranean II, 23-28th of August, 2022-sailing on the Norwegian Jade from Athens, Greece to Mykonos and to Kushadasi, Turkey. The second European cruise was announced by Bonamassa, the Keeping The Blues Alive and Sixthman and, same as before, will feature multy-stage music, as well as arranged music-centric activities and unique collaborative sets, including one with Winwood and Bonamassa together. Also, onboard are other blues greats such as Walter Trout, Marc Broussard, Ana Popovic, king King, Jimmy Vivino, Blues Pills, James Hunter Six, Jackie Venson, The Suffers, Kris Barras Band and Selwyn Birchwood.

The Legend Steve Winwood was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Traffic in 2004. In 2005, Winwood was honoured as a BMI Icon at the annual BMI London Awards for his "enduring influence on generations of music makers". In 2008, Rolling Stone ranked Winwood No. 33 in its 100 Greatest Singers of All Time. Winwood has won two Grammy Awards.
