Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Executive Frank Medina Leaves Company

Frank Medina has departed Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings after more than ten years with the company, marking the end of a significant chapter in its regional leadership.

Medina most recently served as Vice President and Managing Director for Latin America, Brazil, and the Caribbean, where he was responsible for overseeing commercial strategy, sales development, and partnerships across the region. In that role, he worked across all three brands under the group — Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises — helping expand their footprint in key international markets.

Throughout his tenure, he became a well-known figure among travel advisors and industry partners in Latin America, playing a central role in strengthening relationships and driving growth in a region that has become increasingly important for cruise lines.

His departure comes without an official explanation so far, and there has been no confirmation yet about who will take over his responsibilities or what his next move will be.

The news has drawn attention within the cruise industry, given Medina’s long-standing presence and influence in the market.
