Crew Packages Missing on Norwegian Epic

A crew member who wishes to remain anonymous contacted Crew Center stating that many crew on the cruise ship Norwegian Epic didn’t receive their packages ordered online. Apparently, the orders were placed four months ago and when the crew checked the online, tracking records stated that the packages have been delivered to the ship. However, they haven’t received the packages to this day, claims the crew member.

Carnival Cruise Line New Policy for Team Member Movement Request

Carnival Cruise Line introduced a new movement request policy for their shipboard team members from Deck, Engine and Hotel Departments. The new movement request policy applies for Early Vacation Requests, Work Break, Vacation, Request for Specific Sign Off and Sign On date, Contract Extension, Specific Ship Request and Personal Vessel Transfer. Crew Members are permitted to make one request per calendar year.

Virgin Voyages Announces Official Hiring Partners and Global Recruitment Tour

Virgin Voyages has released the list of their official hiring partners and will take off on a global recruitment tour to find their top-notch crew. The new cruise line says it will make real sea-change in the cruise industry with the launching of their first 110,000-ton, 2,750-passenger cruise ship named Scarlet Lady in 2020, and additional two ships which will sail starting in 2021 and 2022.
