FIFA World Cup 2026 to Air Live on All Holland America Ships

Great news for guests and crew sailing on Holland America Line cruise ships during the FIFA World Cup. HAL has announced it will broadcast the entire FIFA World Cup 26™ live across the fleet of 11 ships, covering all 104 matches from June 11 to July 19, 2026. No matter where the ship is sailing, guests will be able to follow the tournament as it happens.

Matches will be shown live on stateroom TVs via Sport 24 Special Event Channels, with select big games also screened on large public displays, such as the Lido Pool screens or World Stage theaters on some ships. That means you can watch from the comfort of your cabin or join other fans for a shared match-day atmosphere onboard.

The best part? The coverage is fleetwide and itinerary-independent. Whether you’re cruising in Alaska, Canada & New England, Europe, or elsewhere, the World Cup will be available throughout the tournament period, even while ships are far from shore.

Holland America says the move is all about giving guests peace of mind when booking summer 2026 cruises — letting football fans enjoy their vacation without choosing between travel and live matches.

So if your team makes it all the way, you’ll still be cheering onboard.
