Fred. Olsen Celebrates Standout Crew Members Aboard Borealis

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has spotlighted the exceptional dedication of its team, announcing the Employees of the Month for August aboard the Borealis. The awards recognize crew members whose hard work and exemplary service continue to elevate the guest experience on board.

 

 

Among the honorees is Grego Bagayas, who joined the company in March 2022. Currently serving as a Clearance Coordinator, Bagayas has demonstrated impressive versatility, previously contributing in both accounting and Guest Services. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to his role have earned him high praise from colleagues and management alike.

 

 

Joining him in the spotlight is Arnold Nagrit, an Able Seaman with nearly two decades of service with Fred. Olsen. Nagrit is widely respected for his dedication, particularly in assisting passengers during tender operations. Known for consistently going above and beyond, he has become a familiar and trusted presence for guests embarking and disembarking the ship.

 

 

Rounding out the trio is John Christopher Pagalanan, a Junior Seafarer in the Engine Department. Having just marked his one-year anniversary with the cruise line, Pagalanan has already made a significant impact. His strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude have been noted as key drivers in boosting team morale.
