Carnival Splendor Gets New Livery After Dry Dock Upgrades in Singapore

Submitted by kgnadmin on

After a three-week dry dock in Singapore from August 5th to 24th, Carnival Splendor set sail for Australia, with a new Southern Cross livery. This design pays tribute to the legacy of P&O Cruises Australia ships, which will soon join the Carnival fleet. The ship's fresh red, white, and blue hull, first introduced by Carnival in 2021, now includes the Southern Cross constellation—a symbol that has guided sailors to Australia for centuries.

This artwork is also shared by her soon-to-be sister ships, Pacific Adventure and Pacific Encounter, which will join the Carnival fleet in March 2025. Carnival Splendor will return to Sydney on September 9th, boasting even more exciting upgrades.

In June, Carnival announced plans to transition P&O Cruises Australia’s operations under the Carnival Cruise Line brand starting next year, with technology upgrades and system investments already underway to prepare for the arrival of Pacific Adventure and Pacific Encounter in March 2025.
