Casey Dickerson, 31, who went on a cruise with his wife is charged with sexual assault of a 15 year old girl. Allegedly Dickerson gang-raped the girl together with a group of teenage boys on a Carnival cruise ship.

The suspect was arrested by the FBI on Sunday on a federal sex charge and is being held without chance of bail. 

A judge deemed him a danger to the community and ordered he be held at the Orange County Jail until the trial.

Dickerson is denying rape charges but admits he bought alcohol for the teenagers and also admits of having sex on this cruise with women other than his wife. 

The teenage girl stated that she was raped in a extra cabin that Dickerson had access after his wife had earlier complained about noise in the pervious cabin. 

Before the incident Dickerson was partying and drinking alcohol in his cabin together with four teenage boys. The 15-year-old girl went to the cabin together with her friend and everybody was drinking. She told the FBI that Dickerson and the teenagers took her in the bathroom and her friend was raped by the accused and the teenage boys.

After the rape the girl was treated in on board medical facility.

The teenage boys, admitted having sex with the girl and claimed that Dickerson encouraged them to 'switch' positions. 

Carnival Cruise lines issued a statement Wednesday, saying company officials immediately contacted the FBI when they found out about the attack.

The company statement read "Carnival is fully cooperating with law enforcement officials as the investigation continues."
