AIDAprima, the new flagship of AIDA Cruises, which will be launched in 2015. AIDA Cruises is the first shipping company operating in the cruise industry with departures from a German port, 12 months a year. From June 2015, Hamburg will be the home port for a cruise on dell'AIDAprima: seven days to discover the metropolis of western Europe.

"AIDAprima will start a new era in the cruise industry," said Michael Ungerer in Hamburg, President of AIDA Cruises at the launch of the new generation ships. "Spurred by the desires of our guests, we always look beyond our horizon. Compared to previous cruise ships, our new flagship is more spacious, more varied and more characteristic."

Among the public areas dell'AIDAprima not to be missed: the AIDA Beach Club hosted under a transparent dome, weather-resistant, the "4 Elements" with water-slide and climbing walls, the AIDA Mini Club, brand new , who will take care of children as young as 6 months of age. Magnificent cabins with balconies, outdoor pool on the deck porches, an exclusive deck terrace overlooked panoramic cabins, glass elevators, a promenade to admire the stars here is some of the new proposals that will make this ship irresistible to 12 months' year.

The AIDAprima will be equipped with a system that will filter all emissions and dual fuel engines. Strong technology, advanced MALS, the ship will slide on a carpet of air, which will reduce the fuel consumption.

The inaugural cruise dell'AIDAprima will take place from 22 March to 16 June 2015 will set sail from the Japanese city of Yokohama to reach in 86 days of sailing the harbor of Hamburg. Guests aboard AIDA will call in 39 ports of 22 countries on three continents. The price for the inaugural cruise will be € 9,490 per person for an inside cabin, of € 12,130 for an outside cabin and € 14,090 for a cabin with a balcony.
