Allure of the Seas Crew Blamed for Slow Response when Woman Vent Overboard

Vera Marion the mother of the 21 year old Tennessee lady who went overboard of Allure of the Seas shared information how onboard security and captain responded to the incident.
"They knew she had gone overboard. The woman called and said something from the deck fell and hit her arm. They immediately cleared off that side of the ship, but they never started the search," Vera said.
In a response to this accusation Royal Caribbean International says that the passenger who reported that something went overboard from the deck above at 9:25pm was not sure what gone overboard.
Mrs. Marion believes that valuable time was lost, because security reviewed the surveillance cameras one hour later and the captain reaction was slow. She says that her daughter could be saved if the search began two hours earlier immediately.
