Four ex Costa Concordia crew members filed lawsuit against Carnival Corp. & plc. Crew members with Hungarian origin where part of entertainment staff on board Costa Concordia, cruise ship that capsized off the coast of Italy in January.

This $200 million lawsuit include violinist Sandor Feher, who drowned after trying to help children on Concordia. Feher was among 32 people who died when the ship capsized off the coast. The federal court filing seeks $50 million per plaintiff for physical injuries, “mental anguish” and lost wages, along with punitive damages. Lawsuit states the performers are unable to work after suffering physical and emotional injuries.

$500 million lawsuit is also filed for Carnival Corp. & plc on behalf of dozens involved in the accident.
