The Italian police in Naples and the company operating the intervention Campania regiment carried out a series of organized searches near the port area. The police arrested a 31 year old, citizen of Mauritius who was working as a waiter aboard a cruise ship docked at the port of Naples. The man was subjected to checks while preparing to get back on board. The police found 300 grams of hashish divided into 3 packs, 21 packages of marijuana and 690 Euros in cash in his possession.

The crew member was arrested and taken by the police district of Poggioreale. Italian police didn’t reveal the identaty of the crew member or for which company he was working.
