Family from Dominica landed yesterday in the port Civitavecchia from a cruise ship. Once they left the ship they decided to buy phone card to call their family back home. The tourist try to use the phone card but found that the card was not working. Upset on the cashier they went back to the shop where they purchased the item and asked the money back.  

When they tried to reclaim the ten euro paid for the purchase of the card the cashier refused to give them the money back. An argument broke up and the cashier was attacked physically by the two woman and one man members of same family. The desperate cashier cries for help, have attracted the attention of a security guard, who stopped the fight and called the police.

When the patrol arrived on the scene of the State Police, the three South Americans have escaped, but the cashier has provided a detailed description of which served to identify them shortly after.

The family of cruise passengers at the time of the escape had also damaged a display of souvenirs of the same store and stole some items.
