Miami-Dade police arrested man from Honduras sailing on Disney Magic on three counts for sexually molesting 11-year-old girl.  The incident occurred on 18th of December 2015 while Disney Magic was sailing on 5 Nights Cruise to Western Caribbean. During the cruise the girl told her parents that a man fondled her on three separate occasions. The parents immediately notified the ships authorities about the incident and he was arrested in Miami on Thursday. 

Police identified the man as Juan Manuel Palma-Ortega from Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The man allegedly confessed the crime and is being held without bond. He is arrested on counts for molestation of a minor and lewd and lascivious. Ortega is held on immigration hold, subject to possible deportation.

Disney didn’t release statement if Ortega was a crew member or guest onboard Disney Magic.
