Homeland Security Investigations agents arrested Ishermon Tafari, 31, on board the Carnival Liberty cruise ship at Port Canaveral.  Investigators said Tafari had been on an eight-day cruise to the southern Caribbean by himself.  Authorities opened the lining of the suitcase and found roughly 12 pounds of cocaine inside. Agents said drug smugglers frequently use detergent to mask the smell of narcotics
