Passenger on board cruise ship shot this video showing woman missing cruise ship in Nassau, Bahamas. In the video you can see the woman falling on her knees on the pier and screaming that her kids are on board. She was a passenger on Norwegian Breakaway. According to a passenger, who talked to the family on Breakaway, the father and children were already on board, however the mother had not returned. Her husband went out of the ship to look for his wife and NCL oficers gave them more time than normal. He found his wife but obviously a minute too late as the ship sailed away. After it left port, the ship spent three days at sea on its final destination, New York. 

Cruise ship officers have guest manifest and know how many passengers are on board and how many are still on shore by computer checkup. They wait for some time before departing if there are passengers missing. Unfortunately, this mom was little bit too late.
