The former NCL Star, Assistant Cruise Director Senad Djedovic, was sentenced on Monday to nine years in federal prison on charge for possession of child pornography images. Seand was arrested by FBI on 27th February after he engaged in a relationship with a minor 16 year old female passenger. Later the charges about the 16 year old girl were dropped and not pursued by the Feds and prosecutors, for a number of reasons (one which may be the fact that she lied when she said that Senad had bought her alcohol and had her drunk, when in fact ship’s CCTV shows Senad kicking her out of the Spinnaker Lounge each time.
However FBI searched his computer and found nude images of a 14 year old Pakistani girl downloaded from Internet. Based on this, they prosecuted him for possession of child pornography images.
(JOHN J PETITO) BIG JOHN who had helped Senad with hiring lawyer and supporting him financially and morally says:
“SENAD IS IN JAIL BECAUSE HE DID HAVE NUDE PIX AND VIDEOS FROM THE INTERNET ON HIS COMPUTER (IT WAS A FLASH STICK FILE OF 1000+ PIX AND VIDEOS THAT THE AUDIO TECH PUT ON HIS COMPUTER 2 YEARS PRIOR WHILE IN EUROPE). APPARENTLY SUCH FILE CONTAINED A FEW PIX/VIDEO CLIPS OF A 14 YEAR OLD PAKISTANI GIRL NUDE. SENAD HAD NOT SEEN ALL 1000+ PIX/VIDEOS. BUT, RICHARD LOPEZ ("RICK SUAVE"), WHO WANTED SENAD'S JOB AS ASST CRUISE DIRECTOR FASTER THAN SENAD WAS TRAINING HIM TO DO IN MAY 2012, ILLEGALLY WENT THRU SENAD'S COMPUTER AND FOUND SUCH "CHILD PORN PIX" AND TOLD SECURITY ABOUT IT. HE LED THEM AND THE FBI TO BELIEVE THAT SENAD WAS A CHILD PORNOGRAPHER, CHILD PREDATOR, AND DISTRIBUTOR OF CHILD PORN, AND THAT SENAD HAD FORCIBLY GOTTEN SUCH PIX AND VIDEOS FROM THE INTERNET HIMSELF, AS A PREDATOR. LATER, I WAS TOLD BY SENAD'S "FREE COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEY" (WHO I FIRED SINCE SHE WAS MAKING SENAD SIGN TO AGREE TO SUCH NONSENSE AND 15 YEARS IN USA PRISON), THAT THE FBI REFERRED TO RICHARD LOPEZ ("RICK SUAVE") AS THE GUY THAT RATTED OUT SENAD.”
Djedovic defense attorney Mark O'Brien had asked that he be deported, because Djedovic is a first-time offender with no criminal history.
Senad started working for NCL in 2005 as a galley utility cleaner(the lowwes position on a cruise ship). As a young talented musician, artist and poet with his hard work and determination he manage to climb to the position Assistant Cruise Director. We reported about his arrest back in February and give our support while he was in jail. We received many comments from the people who know Senad and had worked with him. Senad is a great guy, so lovely and good natured. America need to get u to date, if he had been in the UK this would not have been a sexual crime. 16 year olds are sexually active. get to grip America!! Senad has done nothing wrong!

He is a good guy , I know him, even for the age, 16 year old she knew what she was doing , sending pictures and stuffs , she's not a victim , sims like she is and she was agree with him in everything like a couple ... Don't victimizing her.
hey I know the guy ....we worked together back in 2009....wtf happened to him ? can u guys plz give me some updates on that please ....is he still in the States ? back in Bosnia ??? which NCL ship he was workin on when that thing happened ???
Note to all Crewmembers: Please delete all pornographic clips and pics from your computers and don’t say this can’t happen to me. We all have families back home and we work on a cruise ship to provide for them. So don’t let things like this get you in prison.
