Premiere of the Cruise Comedy "Welcome Aboard"

Postponed Movie premier of "Welcome Aboard" (original title Benvenuto a Bordo) that needed to be shown to Italian public in February this year will see the light of the Italian Cinemas on 15 of June. Welcome Aboard is a a French comedy that resembles parody of The Love Boat. This movie is directed by Eric Lavaine who shot this movie on Costa Atlantica.

Interesting fact about this movie is that Costa Concordia Captain Schettino was consultant to the production during the shooting of this movie. The main reason why Welcome Aboard was postponed in Italy was the disaster of  Costa Concordia.

Patrice Regnier, director of marketing for Costa Cruises said "For a film shooting teams always have to do special requests. Francesco Schettino systematically addressed his request for technical advice, "said Regnier. He continues: "The team Lavaine asked to vary the original route of the ship to enjoy a better light for the film. Schettino was refused because it was too dangerous. When I heard what happened I believe there are literally destroyed. "

"Welcome Aboard" is great movie touching life of a crew members and officers, theme that has not been so much explored by the cinema industry. "Welcome Aboard" is a story of  human resources director Isabelle who takes revenge of his boss, and animator Remy. On board, his behavior will lead to the exasperation of the most surreal and unpleasant to the culmination of a happier life for everyone else, including the Richard, cruise director, commander-in-love with a beautiful skirt which also takes a fancy to Remy.
This is Light romantic comedy based on the eternal mechanism of misunderstanding, the fourth feature of the French Eric Lavaine staged in a closed environment, which may be a ship.
