As some of you may know, Celebrity Reflection's coolest new amenity is the 1,600 sq. ft. Reflection Suite equipped with unique all-glass shower. As if this was not enough innovation for the passengers enjoyment. Now, Celebrity Cruises have another addition for relaxed cruise for passengers who chose this liner with the outside and inside AquaSpa.
The outside and inside AquaSpa is equipped with an open heated tile bed because they expanded the Persian Garden to make room for six new beds, or 15 in total, which promote relaxation by offering calming ocean views while soothing aching muscles. The AquaSpa is also equipped with six new sensory experiences. In this area the guests can move from one room to another and experience the elements such as hot and cold, dry and wet, during which they could experience state of tranquility. The six new sensory rooms are as followed: the hammam, the infrared sauna, the cold room, the DIY scrub and salt bar, and the sensory showers.
The Hammam was originally inspired by the traditional aspects of a hammam. In the Hammam guests can relax due to its cool and peaceful spot where they can loosen tense muscles on heated stone seats. To make the experience a little more enjoyable, guests can also receive a massage in the Hammam, as well as a salt scrub.
On the other side, the Infrared Sauna has a purpose to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, as well as diminish joint pain with its healing effects of heat. This is achieved by the inserted infrared lights in this room, unlike the normal steam heat which are normally used in other traditional spas. The infrared lights help to permeate deeper into the skin and more effectively.
The next room after the previous is the Cold Room where guests can cool off in the 52-degree temperature. Everything in this room is chilled to the 52 degrees, the seats, floors, as well as the walls. This room was created in order for guest to be able to tighten pores once out of the steam rooms.
