Argentinean cruise passenger Ana Maria Arroyos is in a coma after her dream vacation turned into a nightmare.  The 49 year old woman went on vacation on the cruise ship Norwegian Epic with her daughter Celeste. On April 12 she experienced abdominal pain and Norwegian Epic Doctor diagnosed acute gastrointestinal symptoms and prescribed pills and give her dippers. The woman’s health worsened, and the captain decided to transfer the passenger in a hospital in Jamaica. Doctors in University Hospital in Kingston operated her and removed an ovary and uterus but the woman  had a serious generalized infection, and  for 12 days, is in coma.

"If we do not get an emergency air ambulance she might die," said Federico Guidi Clarin, her son. insurance company Assist Card " covered $ 20,000 that were used for the first four days of hospitalization, which had to operate".
