Greek Cruise Ship Captain Died from Cannon Explosion

The captain of a Greek cruise ship died and five tourists are injured as a result of an on board explosion.
Explosion happened when the captain  fired the cannon while the ship was anchored at the entrance of Mandrake Harbor off the Greek Island of Cuss. Instead with blanks cannon was loaded with gunpowder extracted from some fireworks.
When the 51 year old captain fired, the gun exploded in his hands, killing him and wounding five foreign tourists, two Dutch, one Belgian and two German children.

Greek Port Authority’s began investigation about this incident and stated that condition of the injured passengers was not serious and they received medical treatment in the local Hospital.
The fake pirate cruise ship sailed on regular daily tour with 28 passengers on board including German, Belgian, Dutch and two Greek passengers.
