Legend of the Seas Change Course due to Tropical Cyclone Ula

Royal Caribbean canceled the arrival of Legend of the Seas to the ports of Lautoka, Fiji scheduled for January 04 and Suva, Fiji scheduled for January 04, due to the first tropical cyclone Ula for 2016.  Fiji Meteorological Centre issued warning of strong winds across the islands as tropical cyclone Ula progressed with 150-kilometre-an-hour winds.

The Category three Cyclone has forced RCCL Legend of the Seas to divert its course to Champagne Bay, Vanuatu arriving on January 6.

The decision has been made on behalf of the all passengers and crew safety in order to avoid the cyclone's path.

Royal Caribbean Legend of the Seas departed from Brisbane on December 30 on 11 night's cruise to South Pacific originally scheduled to visit Noumea, Lautoka, Suva, Vila (Vanuatu) before returning to Brisbane (Australia) on January 10.
