MSC Boss Leonardo Massa Goes Undercover on Cruise Ship

MSC Cruises boss Leonardo Massa joined the reality TV show "Boss in Incognito" disguised as a utility cleaner on MSC cruise ship. Massa infiltrated the employees as part of the crew for one week, hiding his identity and pretending to be a new employee. 

Disguised in a'70s retro style with long hair and mustache, holding bucket and mop, one of the most powerful Italian manager becomes an employee going thru all demanding jobs, from galley to cleaning up the waste sorting. 

To allow the cameras to infiltrate on cruise ship without arousing suspicion, the crew are made to believe that Massa is engaged in the implementation of a program dedicated to the world of cruise ship workers. "It was an unforgettable experience alongside the crew on board showed an extraordinary devotion to the work and the company. At the end of the "Boss in Incognito", Massa will reveal his identity to the crew members with whom he came into contact during the week, by rewarding those who stood out and pointing out areas for improvement. 

Leonardo Massa, will be protagonist of the fifth episode of "Boss in Incognito" that will be broadcasted on the Italian TV channel Rai 2 on Monday, January 18.
