MSC Cruises announces partnership with Lego

MSC Cruises and the LEGO Group have joined forces to create fun LEGO® spaces aboard ships in the fleet, as well as other entertainment options for families with children ..

Under this partnership, the LEGO Group will design new play areas in the renovated and expanded MSC Armonia, the first ship to be submitted to the ambitious Renaissance Programme * Company. Travelers MSC Cruises will have the opportunity to find out from November.

The LEGO Group will provide a wide selection of toys and games for their world famous building, which will surely captivate the creative imagination of the youngest, is at the age to be in the spirit, from 0 to 99 years of age.

This partnership comes towards MSC Cruises seek to optimize the entire experience on board their ships, for travelers and their families by partnering with top brands worldwide that are symbols of excellence in their fields. LEGO toys are already available long time ago in the 12 ships in the MSC Cruises fleet, but this is a good opportunity to bring to travelers from MSC more products and areas dedicated to younger travelers.

Between a set of enhancements to create unforgettable, fun and stress-free family cruises, the Renaissance ships have separate facilities and clubs for five different age groups, including the Baby (for children under 3 years); Mini (between 3 and 6 years); Junior (between 7 and 11 years); the young (between 12 and 14 years) and finally the Teen (between 15 and 17 years).

And when the renovated MSC Armonia back to browsing on November 19, an inaugural cruise from Genoa, Italy, to France, Spain, Gibraltar and Portugal, will be offered some of LEGO toys, which will include:

 

· LEGO® DUPLO® for children under 3 years, including fun games and challenges

· Classic LEGO® parts and a vertical Wall Play for children aged 7 to 11 years

· "Building Happening" for children aged 6 to 11 years - thematic constructs with limited pieces

· A DAY EXPERIENCE LEGO® per cruise in which all participants receive a Diploma LEGO® Master Builder

· Mascot LEGO® two meters, called Sailor Walkabout, will join the crew, MSC Cruises to receive the newest and add more fun to parades and events on board.

All these news are available for free on MSC Armonia renovated and will also be built in two new ships to be delivered to the company in 2017 **.
