RCCL Employee Gets 18 Months Prison for Sexual Abuse

Prosecutors plea agreement stated that Palmer lured the girl in a men’s locker room after he meet the girl one late evening, when he had sex with her.

A Royal Caribbean pool attendant Fabian Palmer was sentenced to 18 months in prison for sexually abusing a minor girl. RCCL employee pleaded guilty in March for sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl who was traveling together with her parents on board Adventure of the Seas.
A Jamaican national, Fabian Palmer was sentenced by a U.S. District Judge Benson E. Legg to additional one year of supervised release and he will be registered as a sex offender.

Prosecutors plea agreement stated that Palmer lured the girl in a men’s locker room after he meet the girl one late evening, when he had sex with her.

Security video on board Adventure of the Seas shows parts of the incident when Palmer with the victim entered the locker room and a second employee outside at the time of attack.
 
Prosecutors say the conduct occurred within the special maritime jurisdiction of the United States.
