Woman Went Overboard on Allure of the Seas

Young woman from Tennessee went overboard on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas 47 miles of Fort Lauderdale.

Young woman from Tennessee went overboard on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas 47 miles of Fort Lauderdale. According to a statement from Royal Caribbean International another passenger saw the 21-year-old woman going overboard and alerted the captain. Immediately the bridge officers mapped the location with GPS and started the search and rescue operation. All Crewmembers searched the ship’s areas assigned for this kind of emergency’s but didn’t find the woman.

Royal Caribbean International says that a review of Allure's closed-circuit camera footage observed a 21-year-old female guest going overboard. Carnival Fascination and RCCL Majesty of the Seas where in the same area at that time and joined the search and rescue operation. US Cosat Guard was immediately informed and  deployed four aircrafts. The search operation spans in an area of 320 square miles.
