16,000 Condoms Distributed to Cruise Ship Passengers at the Port of Santos

Thousands of condoms are distributed during this weekend at the Passenger Terminal Ferry Giusfredo Santini at the Port of Santos, in Brazil.

The action is carried out by the Section of Infectious diseases Prevention (Spredin) of the Department of Health and aims to raise awareness about the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) during the season, which ends the 28th.

On site, in addition to male and female are distributed free condoms and lubricant gel, passengers are guidance and counseling professionals by the Counseling and Testing Center (ATC) of the city. About 16,000 condoms are spread over the weekend to passengers before boarding the cruise ship.
