‘World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies of 2021’ is another award for Carnival Corporation, which is on the list of top 300 companies from all over the world and the only cruise-specific company among the others on the list.

Approximately 85,000 women, female workers across 40 countries were included in the global survey conducted by the leading statistics and industry ranking provider Forbes and Statista Inc. The reputation of the companies was one of the subjects in the survey, with an accent on gender equality and representation of women in leadership positions.

Carnival Corporation includes nine popular cruise line brands, as: CCL, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises and Seabourn in the U.S., along with AIDA Cruises, P&O Cruises, Cunard, Costa Cruises, P&O Cruises UK and P&O Cruises Australia.  Roger Frizzell, chief communications officer for Carnival Corporation said: "This recognition as a top female-friendly company underscores our highest responsibility and top priority, which is compliance, environmental protection and the health, safety and well-being of our guests, the people in the communities we visit and our shipboard and shoreside personnel." He added: "We are honored to once again be recognized by Forbes for our commitment to providing a positive and supportive work environment for all of our colleagues and business partners based on inclusion and the power of diversity."

The diversity, equity and inclusion are the key qualities for the Corporation to earn the honored place on the list.
