The cruise ship Carnival Pride was forced to change its itinerary due to the deadly Hurricane Matthew. Instead of its original 7-nights Eastern Caribbean voyage to Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos, the ship set sail to Manhattan, New York on Tuesday.

Carnival Cruise Line released the new modified itinerary which includes: New York, Saint John and four fun days at sea. Compared to the original cruise to Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos (05 Oct 0800-1430); Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (06 Oct 0900-1700); Freeport, Bahamas (07 Oct 0700-1330); Baltimore, Maryland (09 Oct a0900) the modified voyage looks like a Transatlantic cruise.
