Chef Wan is heading back to sea after a strong response from guests earlier this year, with StarCruises confirming his return for another themed sailing aboard the Star Voyager.

The popular Malaysian chef will join a 3 night cruise from Port Klang to Phuket and Penang, sailing from May 22 to May 25, 2026, timed to coincide with the local school holiday period. The voyage is being organized in collaboration with Chef Wan’s restaurant brand, De.Wan 1958, promising a mix of food, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences.

Michael Goh, President of StarDream Cruises, said the decision to bring Chef Wan back onboard was driven by guest demand, adding that the school holiday timing makes the sailing especially appealing for families looking for a short getaway at sea.
