Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia has been named a finalist in the 2026 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), earning recognition for its work in cruise industry education and professional development.

CLIA is competing in the Most Outstanding Travel Industry Training Program category, alongside APT Travel Group, Helloworld Travel Limited, HX Expeditions, and Travellers Choice and Lumina Consulting.

The recognition highlights CLIA Australasia's training programs for travel advisors, including cruise courses, webinars and other professional development opportunities designed to strengthen cruise knowledge across the travel trade.

CLIA thanked its members, cruise line partners and travel advisors for their support, saying the nomination reflects its continued commitment to industry education.

The National Travel Industry Awards are organised by the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA), which said competition among the finalists in this year's judged business categories was extremely close.

The winners will be announced during the 2026 NTIA Awards ceremony.
