Costa Cruises Online Recruiting Day - Check the open positions!

The Italian cruise company Costa Cruises is organizing a Digital Recruiting Event, which will take place on the 1st and 2nd September 2021. This online event is aimed at recruiting crew on Costa cruise ships in the catering, hotel, hospitality and entertainment departments.

Costa Cruises is looking for candidates with experience in the following positions: entertainer, chef, pastry chef, receptionist, photographer, sports instructor, shore excursion staff, croupier, youth staff.

The candidate s' selections are organized by Costa Cruises and LavoroTurismo.It, reference site in Italy for research and job offer in the tourism sector.

To participate in the selections it is necessary to register for one of the job offers indicated on the recruiting page, attaching a complete and detailed CV; if the profile is suitable, the pre-selected candidates will carry out an online interview with a recruiter.

The recruiting process will take place in five stages. After online registration, for which you need to attach your curriculum vitae to the Tourism Job Staff. It will review the sent profiles and make a first selection. For the profiles considered eligible, a video interview with a JobTourism Recruiter will be scheduled for an online language test. The final phase is the meeting via video link with the Costa Cruise Recruiters, which will take place during the recruiting days of September 1th and 2th.

The new recruits will go to support the program of gradual re-entry into service of the Costa fleet. Throughout the summer of 2021, the Italian company will operate with four ships, two of them in the western Mediterranean, Costa Smeralda and Costa Florence, and two in the eastern Mediterranean, Costa Luminosa and Costa Delicious, all departing from Italy.
