Jameson just dropped some exciting news that’s about to shake up the cruise industry—literally. According to Cruise Industry News, the famed Jameson Black Barrel Bartender Series is back for its fourth year, and is opening up to bartenders aboard cruise ships.
Entries are officially open from January 13, 2025, until February 17, 2025, giving bartenders worldwide a chance to compete for one of three €5,000 cash prizes. But that’s not all—the winners will also score a trip to Jameson’s iconic homeland, Cork, Ireland, to attend the Jameson HOSTS Global Summit. They’ll rub elbows with industry heavyweights and participate in the exclusive Jameson Black Barrel Bartender Series Mentorship Program.
The challenge? Bartenders must whip up a one-of-a-kind cocktail featuring Jameson Black Barrel Irish whiskey while giving a nod to their local cultures and communities. Judges are on the lookout for creativity and flavor-forward trends.
HOW TO ENTER COMPETITION:
1. Record a 30–60 second portrait video showcasing your cocktail presentation and post it on your Instagram account. Be sure to include the competition hashtags: #JamesonBartenderSeries25, #Competition, #Bartenders, and #JamesonBlackBarrel.
2. Make sure your Instagram account is set to public so we can view your entry until Monday, March 10, 2025.
3. Upload a high-quality version of your video to a file-sharing platform (e.g., Google Drive) and generate a shareable link. Submit this link via the entry form below. The entry form will be open from January 13 to February 17, 2025.
4. Complete the entry form, ensuring your video link is included and you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions.
