Crystal Cruises is returning to the world of cruising this summer under a slightly different name. The two ocean liners Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony will operate under the brand Crystal - Exceptional at Sea. Previously the luxury ships will receive major refurbishments and enhancements in a Fincantieri shipyard in Trieste.

The successor to Cristal Cruises belongs to the experienced Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group.

Crystal Serenity will set sail again on July 31, 2023, with new guests. The first cruises under the auspices of the new luxury shipping company lead to the Mediterranean, Western Europe, and Northern Europe. In September 2023, the slightly older Crystal Symphony will also return to service. In 2023 and 2024, the ships will already be deployed around the world. Cruises go to the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canada, New England, Alaska, and the Caribbean, via the Panama Canal, the Orient, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the South Seas.

On board, guests can expect exceptional suites, exceptional service, and exceptional dining experiences. This fully follows the philosophy of Exceptional at Sea. In order to meet the demand for luxury, some modernization works are currently being carried out on both cruise ships in Trieste. 740 guests of Cristal Serenity and 606 guests of Cristal Symphony will travel only in suites. Both ships will have nine restaurants and six bars.
