Cunard Insights: Bryan Batt on Queen Mary 2

This year Cunard Line will feature prestigious lecturers on board their ships in what is named as Cunard Insights program. The company will offer a selection of special cruises that will be highlighted by the presence of writers, actors and directors and athletes. Among the lecturers will be Bryan Batt. TV audiences know Bryan Batt from his two-time Screen Actors Guild Award performance as Salvatore Romano in the television series Mad Men, and his performance in Ugly Betty and NCIS: New Orleans. Guests sailing on board Queen Mary 2, departing on September 7 2017, will have opportunity to hear Bryan share his insights into the world of theatre, and cinema, and will enjoy Bryan's incredible cabaret show onboard.

The best-selling international author Peter James will be on board Queen Victoria. James is the author of Detective Superintendent Roy Grace's series of books and has sold 18 million copies worldwide. His detective novels have been 11 times number 1 selling author. 

The British actress, director of stage, and four times winner of the Olivier Award, Maria Friedman, will be on board Queen Mary 2 when the ship departs from Southampton on 24 May 2017. She has directed and acted in shows and musicals on Broadway and London's West End. Passengers will enjoy her show at the Royal Court Theater.

Guest on board Queen Victoria departing from Wellington to San Francisco On March 19, 2017, will be Elizabeth Linde. She has founded and built the division of government policies and Facebook and also advises diplomats, politicians and government officials.

The British athlete competing in the 400 meters hurdles and only woman who has achieved Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth titles, Sally Gunell, will be on Queen Mary 2, on October 13.

David Morgan - Hewitt is the Director of The Goring Hotel London where the Duchess of Cambridge spent the night before her wedding to Prince William. Morgan-Hewitt will give his lecture on Queen Mary 2 departing from Southampton on July 13.

Bill Bryson, author of the novel A Walk in the Woods, which later became the movie starring Robert Redford, will be aboard the Queen Victoria on September 23, to give his lecture.
