Disney Cruise Line is postponing the test cruise on the Disney Dream after several volunteers had inconsistent test results for Covid-19. The Disney Dream was scheduled to go out on a simulated test cruise this Tuesday from Port Canaveral, Florida, with 300 employees on board who had volunteered for the 2-day cruise. However the voyage was canceled until next month, because of the inconsistent test results which are considered positive by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Disney Cruise Line said.
“We are delaying our simulation cruise due to a small number of inconsistent COVID-19 test results, which are considered positive by the CDC. The rigorous health and safety protocols we have in place helped us identify the situation, though the test results were ultimately negative.” Disney statement reads.
