Four Seasons Yachts is expanding its fleet with a third ultra-luxury vessel scheduled for delivery in 2031.

Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri has signed the construction contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., the joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts. The new ship will be built at Fincantieri’s Ancona shipyard, where the first two vessels in the series were also commissioned.

The exact contract price was not disclosed, but Fincantieri placed the order in a value range between €500 million and €1 billion.

The third vessel will continue the residential-style, all-suite concept developed for the Four Seasons Yachts fleet. It will measure approximately 207 meters in length and have a gross tonnage of about 34,000.

Its suites will feature large terraces and open spaces designed to provide guests with a closer connection to the sea. The design is expected to build on the features introduced aboard the first two ships while maintaining the brand’s focus on privacy, space and highly personalized service.

The order follows contracts for the first two Four Seasons yachts signed in 2022 and 2023. The first vessel has already been delivered, while the second is expected to enter service in 2028.
