Oceania Cruises Marks 15 Years of Culinary Center Excellence

Submitted by kgnadmin on

Oceania Cruises is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its groundbreaking Culinary Center, the first hands-on cooking school at sea. Since debuting aboard Marina™ in 2011, the Culinary Center has expanded to four ships, including Riviera™, Vista™, and the upcoming Allura™, set to launch in summer 2025.

In honor of this milestone, Oceania Cruises is introducing new cooking classes for 2025. Highlights include "Culinary Northwest Passage," inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s farm-to-table movement, and "South Seas Salt Life," showcasing the fresh, vibrant flavors of Polynesia. Other offerings explore Australian cuisine, indulgent desserts, and cozy brunch favorites.

The Culinary Center, designed with professional-grade equipment and individual stations, allows guests to immerse themselves in global cuisines under the guidance of expert Chef Instructors. Guests can also join Culinary Discovery Tours™, where they shop in local markets and prepare regional dishes onboard.
Oceania Cruises’ commitment to blending culinary innovation with travel continues to enhance the guest experience, making food a centerpiece of its voyages.
