Princess Cruises has outlined the dining, beverage, internet and service benefits available to guests aboard Sun Princess under its Plus and Premier packages.
Princess Plus package is priced at $65 per person, per day, while Princess Premier costs $95 per person, per day. The guide lists onboard MedallionNet prices and other charges as of May 3, 2025.
The Plus package includes the standard Princess dining, accommodations and entertainment experience, along with crew appreciation, a beverage package covering drinks priced up to $15 each and MedallionNet Max internet for one device per guest.
Guests with Plus also receive two premium desserts per day, two fitness classes per voyage, unlimited access to the juice bar and two casual dining meals during the cruise. OceanNow delivery and room service fees are waived, while large bottles of water and cans of soda receive a 25% discount.
The beverage selection includes cocktails, wine by the glass, beer, specialty coffee, fountain soda, bottled water, fresh juice, smoothies and alcohol-free drinks. Princess says the package offers approximately 50 spirits, 25 wines by the glass and 25 beers.
The Premier package expands these benefits significantly. Drinks valued at up to $20 each are included, while MedallionNet Max can be used on four devices per guest.
Premier guests also receive unlimited specialty dining, subject to availability, and unlimited casual dining. Other benefits include an unlimited digital photo package with three printed photographs, Princess Prizes, unlimited premium desserts, unlimited fitness classes and reserved seating for production shows.
The package also provides a 25% discount on bottled wines, including selected rare vintages, and access to an expanded beverage menu featuring more than 75 spirits, over 40 wines by the glass and more than 20 premium cocktails.
Large bottles of water and cans of soda remain outside both packages, although package holders receive a 25% discount.
Guests traveling without a package can purchase services separately. MedallionNet Classic for one device costs $29.99 for a single day or $24.99 per day when purchased for the entire voyage. Four-device access costs $54.99 for one day or $44.99 per day for the full cruise.
Without a package, casual dining carries a $14.99 charge for a three-course fixed menu. OceanNow access costs $14.99 as a one-time fee, while room service carries a $5 delivery charge.
Complimentary dining venues listed in the guide include the Soleil and Eclipse main dining rooms, The Eatery, Americana Diner, International Café, Lido and Promenade food outlets.
Alfredo’s Pizzeria and O’Malley’s Irish Pub are categorized as casual dining venues. Specialty restaurants, priced at $60 per person, include Crown Grill, Makoto Ocean, Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria, The Butcher’s Block by Dario, The Catch by Rudi, Umai Hot Pot, Umai Teppanyaki and Love by Britto.
Princess also warns of a $10 per-person fee when a specialty restaurant reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Experiential dining remains outside both the Plus and Premier packages. Options listed in the guide include Spellbound, the Chef’s Table, Caymus Winemaker Dinner, Balcony Breakfast and Balcony Dinner. Guests who fail to cancel an experiential dining reservation within 24 hours may be charged a fee equal to 50% of the price.
