According to the lawsuit Stiletto Entertainment is suing Swank Motion Pictures and Princess Cruises for copyright and trademark infringement, dilution and violation of right of publicity, unfair competition.

Swank Motion Pictures sold to Princess cruises "rights" to broadcast Barry Manilow concerts Music and Passion Live without authority permission.

Princess Cruises was broadcasting Music and Passion Live on their cruise ships as a main component of its entertainment on lido deck. The lawsuit claims that Princess and Swank distributed the concert without permission, and promoted it by using Barry Manilow name.

If the Court rules in favor of Stiletto Entertainment, Princess Cruises and Swank can end-up paying huge amounts in compensation.
