Royal Caribbean International recently announced the recipients of the Fleet Employees of the Year award. This prestigious award honors three shipboard employees for their exceptional contributions to the company and embodiment of Royal Caribbean International's standards and culture.

The company's headquarters received numerous nominations from across the fleet, and It is with great pride that they reveal this year's winners: Andrija Silic, Chief Engineer, as Fleet Leader of the Year; Ivaylo Pavlov, Lead Bartender, as Front of House Fleet Employee of the Year; and Mario Zaguirre, Repairman Supervisor, as Back of House Fleet Employee of the Year.

Royal Caribbean awarded Andrija, Ivaylo, and Mario for their dedication and significant impact on both guest and crew experiences, upholding The ROYAL Way with qualities of friendliness, passion, and commitment. Each winner was awarded a check for $5000 as a token of appreciation for their hard work and role as ambassadors of the company's values.
