Royal Caribbean Group has just opened its expanded office in Weybridge, United Kingdom, creating a brand-new Marine Centre of Excellence to better support its ships and crew across Europe. The ribbon-cutting celebration brought together team members and leaders who marked this as a big step forward for Royal Caribbean’s global marine operations.
The new center will be home to the CAM Operations team (Crew and Marine), focusing on everything that keeps the fleet running smoothly from technical operations and logistics to crew support and coordination.

The new UK base means quicker support for crew and better communication between ships and shore. It’s also expected to make training, coordination, and day-to-day problem-solving a lot easier for those working on board Royal Caribbean ships in Europe.
The Weybridge hub will be led by Roberto Bruzzone, who brings years of experience in ship management and marine operations. His team will work closely with Royal Caribbean’s offices and shipboard captains to keep the fleet running safely and efficiently.
For crew and partners in Europe, this new center shows Royal Caribbean’s long-term commitment to the region. It’s not just about office space, it’s about building a stronger support network for seafarers, improving response times, and connecting more closely with ports and local service providers.
